Personal Training Services Getting Started 3 session minimum If you are new to fitness or looking create a time efficient program, the Getting Started package is a great choice. The first session includes fitness assessments and goal setting. At the second session you will learn a customized fitness program. After working one or two sessions on your own, the third session will help you retain and refine your program and give you a chance to ask questions. Program Review 1 session If you’re not getting the results you want from your program, I can help. We’ll go through your regular workout and I will work with you to refine your technique and make suggestions for additions or changes. Express Workout 4 session minimum The number one reason people drop out of their fitness program is lack of time! The express workout is custom designed to meet your needs with a fast, efficient, high-intensity program. Work smarter, not longer!
