Getting Started

3 session minimum

If you are new to fitness or looking to create a time efficient program, the Getting Started package is a great choice. The first session includes fitness assessments and goal setting. At the second session, you will learn a customized fitness program. After working one or two sessions on your own, the third session will help you retain and refine your program and give you a chance to ask questions.

Program Review

1 session

If you're not getting the results you want from your program, I can help. We'll go through your regular workout and I will work with you to refine your technique and make suggestions for additions or changes.

Express Workout

4 session minimum

The number one reason people drop out of their fitness program is lack of time! The express workout is custom designed to meet your needs with a fast, efficient, high-intensity program. Work smarter, not longer.

Specialty Programming

3 session minimum

I specialize in training clients with a variety of health challenges. If you have been cleared for exercise, I can design a custom fitness program just for you. Some of my client's health considerations include:

  • Post-Surgical
  • Post-Injury/Rehab
  • Pre- and Post-Natal
  • Chronic Conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, Parkinson's, Cardiovascular disease, Cancer
  • Aging issues such as better bone strength, balance, activities of daily living

Pilates and Yoga

3 session minimum

Private sessions are the most effective way to learn Pilates and Yoga techniques. Learn to safely and effectively incorporate core strength and flexibility into your routine.

Standard Training rates:

$60.00 per 50-minute session

$35.00 per 30-minute session

Personal Training Services
